Agreement to Terms
By using QuickLift Moorpark Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We provide towing and roadside assistance throughout Moorpark, CA and surrounding areas.
Our Services
We provide professional towing and roadside assistance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing.
When you call us for service, you authorize us to provide the requested services. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle location and condition. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the situation is unsafe or beyond our capabilities.
Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing estimates before beginning any service. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions encountered. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A service call fee may apply if you cancel after we have dispatched a truck to your location. You are responsible for any storage fees if your vehicle remains in our possession beyond agreed-upon timeframes.
Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request towing services. You must provide valid identification and proof of ownership when requested. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing.
We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during towing. You must inform us of any special conditions affecting your vehicle, such as modifications, damage, or mechanical issues that could impact safe towing.
Liability and Insurance
QuickLift Moorpark Towing carries appropriate insurance for our operations. We take great care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to towing, or damage resulting from conditions you failed to disclose.
In the unlikely event of damage during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate claims through our insurance process. Our liability is limited to the actual damage directly caused by our negligence.
Service Availability
While we operate 24/7, service times may vary based on demand, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We make every effort to reach you as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Emergency situations are prioritized.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
